  Bean sprouts 500 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  Soy sauce 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Celery 125 Milliliter, diced (1/2 Cup)
  Onions/Shallots 80 Milliliter, finely chopped (1/3 Cup)
  Green bell pepper/Sweet red pepper 60 Milliliter, finely chopped (1/4 Cup)
  Mayonnaise 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

–  Place bean sprouts in colander, scald in boiling water and drain.
–  In a bowl, place bean sprouts and add soy sauce. Let stand a few minutes, stirring often. Drain.
–  In a salad bowl, combine other ingredients. Add bean sprout mixture and stir.
