|Bean sprouts||500 Milliliter (2 Cups)|
|Soy sauce||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)|
|Celery||125 Milliliter, diced (1/2 Cup)|

– Place bean sprouts in colander, scald in boiling water and drain.
– In a bowl, place bean sprouts and add soy sauce. Let stand a few minutes, stirring often. Drain.
