Stir Fried Brussels Sprouts
|Brussels sprouts||20 Ounce|
|Salad oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Cut each Brussels sprout in half.
2. In 12-inch skillet or 5-quart Dutch oven over medium-high heat, in very hot salad oil, cook Brussels sprouts, stirring quickly and frequently, until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Add water and salt; over high heat, heat to boiling. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook until Brussels sprouts are tender-crisp, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
