Watercress Bean Sprout Namasu
|Watercress||8 Ounce (1 Bunch)|
|Bean sprouts||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Sesame seeds||1 Teaspoon, toasted and crushed|
|Vinegar/3 tablespoon vinegar and 1 lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Monosodium glutamate||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Wash watercress and cut into 1-inch lengths.
Wash and cook bean sprouts in boiling water for about 2 minutes, drain.
Combine remaining ingredients, except sesame seeds, and pour over watercress and bean sprouts that have been mixed gently together.
