Watercress Bean Sprout Namasu

Ingredients
  Watercress 8 Ounce (1 Bunch)
  Bean sprouts 8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Sesame seeds 1 Teaspoon, toasted and crushed
  Vinegar/3 tablespoon vinegar and 1 lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Wash watercress and cut into 1-inch lengths.
Wash and cook bean sprouts in boiling water for about 2 minutes, drain.
Combine remaining ingredients, except sesame seeds, and pour over watercress and bean sprouts that have been mixed gently together.
