Bean Sprout Salad

|Canned bean sprouts||8 Ounce, washed, drained (1 Can / 225 Gram)|
|Celery stalks||2 , finely sliced|
|Carrot||11 , diced|
|Green bell pepper||1⁄4 , diced|
|Sweet red pepper||1⁄4 , diced|
|Tomato||1 , diced|
|Green beans||4 , cut into pieces|
|Soy sauce||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Vegetable oil||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Lemon||1⁄2 , juiced|
|Honey||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely sliced|
– In a salad bowl, combine all vegetables, then set aside.
– In a small bowl, mix together dressing ingredients and pour over salad. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to marinate before serving.
