Stir Fried Bean Sprouts With Watercress
|Bean sprouts||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Salad oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Watercress||1 Bunch (100 gm)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
Remove roots from bean sprouts if you like.
In 5-quart Dutch oven over high heat, in very hot salad oil, cook bean sprouts, stirring quickly and constantly, until well coated with oil.
Add watercress and soy sauce; continue stir-frying about 5 minutes, until tender-crisp.
