Ingredients
  Bean sprouts 7 Ounce
  Spring onions 3
  Crushed garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Peanut oil 1 Tablespoon
  Hot chicken stock 4 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Sugar 1 Pinch
  Ajinomoto 1 Pinch (Ve Tsin)
Directions

Pick over the bean sprouts, discarding any seeds.
Cut the onions into 1 1/2-inch lengths.
Fry the garlic in the hot oil until golden and then discard it.
Add the bean sprouts and cook them for 2 minutes at high heat, stirring all the time.
Add and cook the onions for 1/4 minutes.
Add the stock and seasonings and boil together for 1/4 minute.
