Bean Sprouts With Spring Onions
|Bean sprouts||7 Ounce|
|Crushed garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Peanut oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Hot chicken stock||4 Tablespoon|
|Ajinomoto||1 Pinch (Ve Tsin)|
Pick over the bean sprouts, discarding any seeds.
Cut the onions into 1 1/2-inch lengths.
Fry the garlic in the hot oil until golden and then discard it.
Add the bean sprouts and cook them for 2 minutes at high heat, stirring all the time.
Add and cook the onions for 1/4 minutes.
Add the stock and seasonings and boil together for 1/4 minute.
