|Brussels sprouts||16 Ounce (Two 8 Ounce Box, Fresh/Frozen)|
|Baking soda||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
If Brussels Sprouts are fresh, clean and wash them.
Put the sprouts in a pot with a small amount of water and the baking soda.
Let come to a quick boil.
Remove from the fire, pour into a colander, and wash the soda out.
Put back in a pot with fresh water.
Put on a slow fire and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
