Brussels Sprouts is easy to make healthy recipe. Brussels Sprouts gets its taste from Brussels sprouts mixed with baking soda garnished with salt or pepper. Brussels Sprouts is cherished by many worldwide.
Ingredients
  Brussels sprouts 16 Ounce (Two 8 Ounce Box, Fresh/Frozen)
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

If Brussels Sprouts are fresh, clean and wash them.
Put the sprouts in a pot with a small amount of water and the baking soda.
Let come to a quick boil.
Remove from the fire, pour into a colander, and wash the soda out.
Put back in a pot with fresh water.
Put on a slow fire and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
