Brussels Sprouts Paysanne

Ingredients
  Brussels sprouts 16 Ounce, cleaned, prepared
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), mashed or pounded to a paste with coarse salt
  Salt To Taste (Used For Mashing Or Pounding Garlic Clove)
  Vegetable oil 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Steam or cook Brussels sprouts in boiling salted water to cover until tender, 10-15 minutes.
Drain well.
Transfer to 4 small pottery bowls.
Combine garlic and oil and divide mixture equally over cooked vegetables.
