Special Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
  Brussels sprouts 2 Pound
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Seasoned salt 1 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Pepper To Taste
  Green onion 1 , chopped
  Ground nutmeg To Taste
Directions

Wash Brussels sprouts, removing any loose or discolored leaves.
Cut off a bit of stem ends.
Mix sugar, seasoned salt, butter or margarine, water, pepper, and green onion in pan.
Bring to a boil.
Add Brussels sprouts.
Cover and cook over low heat about 10 minutes or until tender.
Sprinkle nutmeg over brussels sprouts
