Bean Sprouts Vinaigrette

|Canned bean sprouts||2 Cup (32 tbs), drained and well-rinsed|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|White vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Artificial sweetener||To Taste (Equal To 3 Tablespoons Sugar)|
|Minced chives||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
Combine all ingredients in bowl and let stand for several hours, up to 2 days.
Drain before serving.
Use as a sauce, vegetable or salad.
