Winter Bean Sprouts

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Onions 2 Medium, sliced in rings
  Bean sprouts 2 Cup (32 tbs), drained (1 Pound Can)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Melt butter in medium skillet; lightly tan onions.
Add rest of ingredients; stir to blend flavors.
Cover skillet; simmer 1 minute.
