I'm planning on making this simple yet delicious Brussels sprout with bacon side dish for holidays. It has only three ingredients but tons of flavor and it takes just minutes to prepare. Made with sweet apples and smokey bacon, I'm betting on this recipe will make a Brussie lover of kids of all ages!
Thick bacon slice | 2 , chopped | |
Brussels sprouts | 1 Pound | |
Apple | 1 , chopped ((gala or fuji)) | |
Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon |
MAKING:
In a saute pan, saute bacon for 4-5 minutes or until crisp.
Drain excess oil using paper towel.
Add Brussels Sprouts, apple, salt and cook for 1 minute.
Cover with a lid and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add reserved bacon.
SERVING:
Serve and enjoy!
