Marinated Bean Sprouts

Marinated Bean Sprouts has an Awesome taste. The vodka and vinegar gives the Marinated Bean Sprouts one of its kind taste.
|Bean sprouts||1 Pound|
|Scallion||3 Tablespoon, chopped (Use Green And White Part)|
|Sesame seed oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
Place bean sprouts in colander; blanch.
Immediately rinse with cold water; drain well.
Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl.
Place bean sprouts in mixture to marinate at room temperature 1 hour.
Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
