Ham And Onion Spread has a defining taste. The mayonnaise and celery gives the Ham And Onion Spread a mouth watering taste.
  Ham 6 Ounce
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mayonnaise/Reduced calorie mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), reduced
  Sweet pickle relish 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Finely chop ham in processor.
Add celery, onion, mayonnaise and relish and process just until coarse paste forms.
Transfer spread to medium bowl.
Season spread with salt and pepper.(Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and chill.)
