Ham And Onion Spread
|Chopped celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise/Reduced calorie mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), reduced|
|Sweet pickle relish||3 Tablespoon|
Finely chop ham in processor.
Add celery, onion, mayonnaise and relish and process just until coarse paste forms.
Transfer spread to medium bowl.
Season spread with salt and pepper.(Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and chill.)
