Chutney Cheese Spread is a tasty flavored cheese spread. This yummy spread is the secret behind may of sandwiches. Liven up your breakfasts with this delicious Chutney Cheese Spread slathered toasts.
Ingredients
  Mango chutney 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Milk cheese 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), drained
  Whole cardamom pods 3 , cracked and seeds inside coarsely crushed
  Ground ginger 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cumin seeds 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground red pepper 1⁄16 Teaspoon
  Chopped salted pistachios/Chopped raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Prepare Mango Chutney.
Prepare drained cheese, but add cardamom, ginger, nutmeg, cumin, and red pepper to the milk with the salt.
Shape into a mound; ring or top with chutney.
Sprinkle with chopped salted pistachios.
