Nutty Shrimp Spread
|Chopped cooked shrimp||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped ripe olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Salad dressing||4 Tablespoon (Mayonnaise Type)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Cayenne pepper||To Taste|
Combine all ingredients and blend well.
Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
To serve, spread on crisp crackers, and if desired, sprinkle with additional chopped walnuts.
Garnish each with a piece of shrimp, a whole small shrimp, or a sprig of parsley.
