Zesty Vegetable Egg Spread

Zesty Vegetable Egg Spread is tasty breakfast made from egg cheese carrot mushroom. Specially great for kids holiday chrismas.
|Bottled reduced-fat ranch dressing||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Reduced fat ranch dressing||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Neufchatel cheese||4 Ounce, softened|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Hard boiled eggs||4 , chopped|
|Hard-cooked eggs||4 , chopped|
|Grated carrots||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped green onion||2 Tablespoon (chopped finely)|
|Chopped mushrooms||2 Tablespoon (chopped finely)|
|Chopped radishes||2 Tablespoon (chopped finely)|
In medium bowl, stir together dressing, cheese and juice until smooth and creamy.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover. Refrigerate to blend flavors. Serve as a spread with crackers or as a dip for fresh vegetables.
