Zesty Vegetable Egg Spread

Zesty Vegetable Egg Spread is tasty breakfast made from egg cheese carrot mushroom. Specially great for kids holiday chrismas.
Ingredients
  Bottled reduced-fat ranch dressing 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Reduced fat ranch dressing 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Neufchatel cheese 4 Ounce, softened
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Hard boiled eggs 4 , chopped
  Hard-cooked eggs 4 , chopped
  Grated carrots 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped green onion 2 Tablespoon (chopped finely)
  Chopped mushrooms 2 Tablespoon (chopped finely)
  Chopped radishes 2 Tablespoon (chopped finely)
Directions

In medium bowl, stir together dressing, cheese and juice until smooth and creamy.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover. Refrigerate to blend flavors. Serve as a spread with crackers or as a dip for fresh vegetables.
