Ingredients
  Kidney 1⁄2 Pound, cooked and ground
  Cream cheese 4 Tablespoon
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutritional yeast 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1⁄2 , grated
  Wheat germ 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Blend all ingredients, adding only enough yoghurt to make it spread variation.
Use cooked liver instead of kidney.
