  Yoghurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground
  Milk powder 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Blend all ingredients.
If too thin to spread, add more milk powder.
