Pineapple Ham Spread
|Canned crushed pineapple||8 1⁄4 Ounce, well drained|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Ground fully cooked ham||1⁄2 Pound|
|Rye bread slices||16|
|Butter/Margarine||4 Tablespoon, softened|
In bowl combine pineapple, mayonnaise or salad dressing, brown sugar, and mustard.
Add ground ham; mix well.
Spread bread with softened butter or margarine.
Spread ham mixture on 8 slices of bread; top with lettuce leaves and remaining bread slices.
