Ingredients
  Boneless smoked trout fillet 250 Gram (8 Ounce, 1.5 Or 2 Small Whole Trout)
  Yogurt cheese/Light ricotta cheese 250 Milliliter, well drained (1 Cup)
  Grated white horseradish 1 Tablespoon (15 Milliliter)
  Lemon juice 25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Chopped fresh dill 2 Tablespoon (25 Milliliter)
  Chopped fresh chives/Chopped green onions 2 Tablespoon (25 Milliliter)
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Remove and discard as many bones from trout as possible.
Break up fillets and chop in food processor or with knife.
Blend in yogurt cheese, horseradish and lemon juice.
Stir in dill, chives and pepper.
Taste and season with salt if necessary.
