This smoked trout spread can be served on whole breads or even with sandwiches as a lovely and flavorful spread. Prepared with smoked trout, this spread is flavored with dill and horseradish for a great taste. processed along with chives and cheese, the smoked trout spread is a delicious recipe.
|Boneless smoked trout fillet||250 Gram (8 Ounce, 1.5 Or 2 Small Whole Trout)|
|Yogurt cheese/Light ricotta cheese||250 Milliliter, well drained (1 Cup)|
|Grated white horseradish||1 Tablespoon (15 Milliliter)|
|Lemon juice||25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)|
|Chopped fresh dill||2 Tablespoon (25 Milliliter)|
|Chopped fresh chives/Chopped green onions||2 Tablespoon (25 Milliliter)|
|Pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)|
Remove and discard as many bones from trout as possible.
Break up fillets and chop in food processor or with knife.
Blend in yogurt cheese, horseradish and lemon juice.
Stir in dill, chives and pepper.
Taste and season with salt if necessary.
