|Unsweetened apple juice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Dried peach halves||16 Ounce|
|Golden raisins||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Cinnamon stick||3 Inch, broken|
Combine first 3 ingredients in a saucepan.
Tie cinnamon and cloves in a cheesecloth bag, add to peach mixture.
Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove spice bag.
Place mixture in container of an electric blender, process until pureed.
Spoon into half-pint jars.
Store in refrigerator.
