Peachy-Raisin Spread

Ingredients
  Unsweetened apple juice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Dried peach halves 16 Ounce
  Golden raisins 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cinnamon stick 3 Inch, broken
  Whole cloves 4
Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients in a saucepan.
Tie cinnamon and cloves in a cheesecloth bag, add to peach mixture.
Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove spice bag.
Place mixture in container of an electric blender, process until pureed.
Spoon into half-pint jars.
Store in refrigerator.
