Sherry Cheddar Spread
|Sherry||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cheddar cheese cubes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Put sherry, milk, mace and half the cheese into Osterizer container, cover and process at BLEND until smooth, using rubber spatula to help guide ingredients to processing blades.
While processing add remaining cheese and chives.
Continue processing until smooth.
