Chunky Shrimp Spread
|Water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Shrimp||1 Pound, unpeeled|
|Minced onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Pepper white||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Bring water to a boil, add shrimp, and cook 3 to 5 minutes.
Drain well, rinse with cold water.
Peel and devein shrimp, coarsely chop.
Add remaining ingredients except parsley, mixing well, chill.
Garnish with parsley, if desired.
Serve spread with party-size rye or whole wheat bread.
