Garlic Cheese Spread

Ingredients
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Chopped chives 4 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Tamari soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Sea salt 1 Teaspoon
  Unrefined olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Have all ingredients at room temperature.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Chill for several hours.
Slice 2 loaves of bread.
Spread the mixture on each slice.
Reassemble the loaves and wrap each whole loaf in foil.
Heat through and open when it is time to serve.
