|Salmon||1 Can (10 oz), drained|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened|
|Finely chopped fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Grated onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Prepared horseradish||1 Teaspoon|
Remove skin and bones from salmon.
Put salmon in a medium mixing bowl, flake with a fork.
Add cream cheese, parsley, lemon juice, onion and horseradish, mix well.
Pack salmon mixture into a crock or other serving container.
Refrigerate, covered, until well chilled.
Serve with assorted raw vegetables and/or crackers.
