Cod Spread

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce
  Lemon juice 4 Teaspoon
  Cod fillets/Other fish fillets cooked and flaked (about 1 cup) 8 Ounce
  Grated onion 2 Teaspoon
  Prepared horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

In small mixer bowl beat cream cheese and lemon juice; beat in cod, onion, horseradish, and paprika till fluffy.
Sprinkle with additional paprika, if desired.
Serve with crackers or toast thins.
