Vegetable Party Spread

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened
  Carrots 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), finely grated
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced
  Celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finley chopped
  Green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Cucumber 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper white 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Serve on party rye bread or onion rolls
