Canned black beans
28 Ounce, drained and rinsed
1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Cracked black pepper
1 Bunch (100 gm)
20 , sliced and toasted
1. Using sharp knife, roughly chop the cilantro.
2. In a blender, put together black beans and olive oil, and blend until coarse paste forms.
3. Add in garlic, salt, onion powder, cumin seeds, pepper, cilantro and red wine vinegar and blend it in a mixer or food processor until smooth.
4. Transfer the black bean spread in a cute mason jar and serve along with some toasted slices of baguette or pita chips.
