Ingredients
  Drained unsweetened crushed pineapple 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pitted dates 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dried apricot halves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; process until smooth.
Store in refrigerator.
