Pineapple-Rhubarb Spread

Ingredients
  Diced rhubarb 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Crushed pineapple 1 Can (10 oz)
  Sugar 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Strawberry gelatin 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix first 3 ingredients in kettle; boil for 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add gelatin; cook for 3 minutes longer, stirring constantly.
Pour into hot sterilized jars; seal.
