Cheese Horseradish Spread
|Processed cheese||2 Pound, cut into cubes|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Prepared horseradish||6 Ounce (1 jar)|
|Hot sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1. In a saucepan, melt cheese over low heat, stirring occasionally.
2. Stir in mayonnaise, hot sauce and prepared horseradish; mix well.
3. Let the mixture reach room temperature, cover and refrigerate.
4. Serve the dip with crackers. This yields 3 1/2 cups.
