|Smoked trout||2 Cup (32 tbs), boned and flaked|
|Hard-cooked eggs||4 , finely chopped|
|Chopped sweet pickles||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. In a bowl mix first 5 ingredients.
2. In a bowl blend mayonnaise and mustard.
3. Add it to the fish mixture and combine.
4. Refrigerate the mixture.
5. Serve on crackers or bread.
