Ingredients
  Unsweetened crushed pineapple 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained
  Pitted whole dates 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dried apricot halves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In the bowl of an electric blender, tip in all the ingredients and mix well till processed.

SERVING
2. Store in the refrigerator till required
