Chipotle Mayonnaise Spread

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (reduced fat version)
  Chipotles in adobo 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs), canned
Directions

MAKING
1) Place mayonnaise and canned chipotle peppers in a blender.
2) Blend for about 10 seconds, leaving some tiny lumps of chipotle pepper in the mix. Stir with a long spatula and scrape into a serving dish.

SERVING
3) Use the spread immediately or cover and refrigerate until needed.
