Fruit And Cheese Spread
|Low fat cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Unsweetened crushed pineapple||8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Red delicious apple||1 Medium, cored and shredded|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 Ounce (1/4 Cup)|
1) In a small bowl, add all ingredients.
2) Combine thoroughly until well blended.
3) Cover and place inside refrigerator to chill thoroughly.
4) Serve the spread with assorted fresh fruit.
