Fruit And Cheese Spread

Ingredients
  Low fat cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Unsweetened crushed pineapple 8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Red delicious apple 1 Medium, cored and shredded
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1 Ounce (1/4 Cup)
  Currants 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a small bowl, add all ingredients.
2) Combine thoroughly until well blended.
3) Cover and place inside refrigerator to chill thoroughly.

SERVING
4) Serve the spread with assorted fresh fruit.
