Herbed Ham And Cheese Spread

Ingredients
  Low fat cottage cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Neufchatel cheese 4 Ounce (1/2 of a 8 ounce package)
  Lean cooked ham 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), finely chopped
  Diced pimiento 2 Ounce, drained (1 jar)
  Chopped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Dried whole oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried whole basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a container of an electric blender, place the cottage cheese.
2) Process the cheese until smooth.
3) Add Neufchatel and process again until combined.
4) In a small bowl, transfer the cheese mixture.
5) Stir in remaining ingredients.
6) Cover and place inside refrigerator to chill thoroughly.

SERVING
7) Serve the spread with melba toast rounds or fresh raw vegetables.
