|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Raw shrimp||3⁄4 Pound|
|Minced scallions||2 Tablespoon|
Heat oil in a skillet.
Add salt, pepper and soy sauce.
Add shrimp, turnip and green pepper.
Cook over medium heat, stir- ring constantly for about 3 minutes.
Cool, then remove from pan with a slotted spoon.
Add the scallions and use as filling.
