Ingredients
  Wheat germ 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Honey 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sunflower seed meal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pumpkin seed meal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a wide-mouthed Mason jar, add the ingredients except honey.
2) Shake the dry ingredients to combine well.
3) To this, with a knife, cut in the honey. Or, tighten the cap and turn the jar until honey is absorbed well.

SERVING
4) Use the Sunglow Spread on toasts, as desired.
