Lemony Tuna Barb Spread

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce (At Room Temperature, 1 Package)
  Canned tuna 6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can)
  Rhubarb sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), drained (Drained)
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Prepared horseradish 2 Teaspoon
  Tarragon 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crumbled
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon peel 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Green pepper 2 Tablespoon, finely minced
  Pimiento 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Celery sticks/Cucumber rounds / canapes / fresh vegetables 1
Directions

Whip cream cheese until fluffy.
Blend in next 9 ingredients, adjusting flavorings to taste.
Keep mixture quite stiff.
Use spread on celery sticks, cucumber rounds, or canapes, or as a vegetable dip.
(To thin, add more rhubarb sauce.)
