Colorful Shrimp Spread
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Cocktail sauce||12 Ounce (1 Bottle)|
|Canned shrimp/1/3 cup small frozen cooked shrimp, thawed||6 Ounce, rinsed and drained (1 Can, Small Variety)|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||8 Ounce (2 Cups)|
|Chopped green pepper||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Tomato||1 Medium, chopped|
|Green onions||4 , sliced|
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
Spread on a 12-in round serving platter to within 2 in of edge.
In bowl, combine the cocktail sauce and shrimp; spread over the cream cheese.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, green pepper, tomato and onions.
Garnish with rosemary and cilantro if desired.
Serve as desired.
Refrigerate any leftovers.
