Hot Artichoke Parmesan Spread
|Grated low fat parmesan cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Fat free plain yogurt||7⁄10 Cup (11.2 tbs)|
|Fat free sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Reduced fat mayonnaise||1⁄3 Cup (4.8 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Canned water packed artichoke hearts||14 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 Can)|
|Sliced green onions||2 Tablespoon|
In a medium microwave-safe bowl, stir together the Parmesan cheese, yogurt, sour cream, mayonnaise and garlic.
Gently stir in the artichokes.
Cook in a microwave oven on high power (100%) about 2 minutes or until heated through, stirring every 60 seconds. Add onions.
Mix it well and serve.
