Hot Artichoke Parmesan Spread

Ingredients
  Grated low fat parmesan cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fat free plain yogurt 7⁄10 Cup (11.2 tbs)
  Fat free sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Reduced fat mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (4.8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Canned water packed artichoke hearts 14 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 Can)
  Sliced green onions 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In a medium microwave-safe bowl, stir together the Parmesan cheese, yogurt, sour cream, mayonnaise and garlic.
Gently stir in the artichokes.
Cook in a microwave oven on high power (100%) about 2 minutes or until heated through, stirring every 60 seconds. Add onions.
Mix it well and serve.
