Savory Ham Spread

|Ground ham||3 Pound (7 cups, canned / cooked)|
|Mayonnaise||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sweet pickle relish||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Coarsely chopped parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
Combine ham with remaining ingredients.
Pack into mold or mixing bowl and refrigerate.
Unmold and garnish.
Makes about 2 quarts.
