1) Soak the gelatine.
2) Grate the orange and lemon peel.
3) In a saucepan, combine orange juice, grated peel and lemon juice.
4) Boil the liquid.
5) Remove the pan from heat and add sugar and gelatine.
6) Transfer the mixture to a jar and cover it tightly.
7) Let it cool and keep in fridge.
8) Use the spread as bread or puddings topping.
