  Minced mint leaves 1 Teaspoon
  Minced coriander 1 Teaspoon
  Lime juice 1 Teaspoon
  Yogurt cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Mince the greens.

MAKING
2) In a bowl, combine minced, mint, coriander and lime juice.
3) Mix well and add salt and yoghurt cheese.
4) Mix thoroughly.

SERVING
5) Top the bread slices with the spread of serve the green spread as condiment with fried foods.
