|Part skim ricotta cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Reduced calorie mayonnaise||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned clams||4 Ounce, drained, minced|
|Scallions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped (Green Onions)|
|Dijon style mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1) In a blender container, process the cheese and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy, scrape down sides of container, if required.
2) In a small mixing bowl, pour the mixture, add rest of the ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined.
3) Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to allow the flavors to blend.
4) Use as required.
