Auntie Peggy'S Garlic Spread

Ingredients
  Fresh garlic 6 Clove (30 gm), peeled
  Green onions 6
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  Cheddar cheese 2 , shredded
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 3 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In blender or food processor, mince garlic.
Now add onions and chop finely.
2) Add the cream cheese and fold well.
3) Add remaining ingredients and process until well blended.
4) Evenly spread on halved loaves of French bread and place under broiler until bubbly.

SERVING
5) Serve hot.
