Tofu Banana Peanut Spread

Ingredients
  Tofu 6 Ounce (170 Gram)
  Peanut butter 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Banana 1⁄2
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1. In a food processor or liqidizer jar, combine all ingredients.
2. Blend on low speed until smooth, scraping down sides of the container occassionally.
3. Empty into a jar or bottle and refrigerate until required.

SERVING
4. Spread over bread to make a sandwich or use as required.
