Breakfast Ricotta Spread
|Ricotta||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Part skim ricotta||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Plain non fat yogurt||2 Tablespoon|
1. In a small bowl, blend ricotta and yogurt, whisking with a wire whisk or fork until smooth.
2. Cover and refrigerate.
3. Spread on bagels, muffins, toast etc.
4. You can sprinkle with cinnamon or drizzle with a little honey if you like.
