1. Cut thin slice from top of Gouda shell scoop out cheese, leaving shell intact.
2. Allow cheese to come to room temperature.
3. In a bowl beat combining cheese, sour cream, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and garlic until smooth.
4. Blend well adding pickle relish, green pep per, pimento and beef.
5. Fill reserved shell with cheese mixture.
6. Serve on bed of greens with assorted crackers or potato chips.
